By accessing or using Heply (the "Service"), including our website, application, spreadsheets, digital downloads, and any related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Heply is an upcoming wellness application currently in development. The Service provides:

• Educational content about liver health and metabolic wellness
• Habit tracking tools and food logging features
• General wellness information based on publicly available guidelines
• Downloadable resources including food lists and tracking spreadsheets

The Service is intended solely for general wellness, habit formation, and educational purposes. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

While the methodologies and information provided by Heply may reference principles from publicly available hepatology guidelines and research (including concepts discussed by institutions such as Baylor Medicine, the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), and other medical organizations), Heply is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of these institutions.

The creator of Heply and any associated entities, employees, contractors, or affiliates are not licensed healthcare providers, physicians, dietitians, or medical professionals.

Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before:

• Starting or modifying fasting windows or eating schedules
• Beginning or changing any exercise routine

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• The "Heply" name, logo, and brand identity
• Website design, text, graphics, and user interface
• Software, code, and underlying technology
• Educational content, methodologies, and protocols (including the "4-Week Liver Reset Protocol")
• Downloadable materials, PDFs, and spreadsheets
• All other intellectual property

are owned by Heply and its creator, and are protected by copyright, trademark (whether registered or unregistered), and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

The free Starter Kit materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Waitlist and Future Service

By joining our waitlist, you acknowledge that Heply is an upcoming product currently in development. We make no guarantees regarding launch dates, features, pricing, or availability. Waitlist signup does not create any obligation on our part to provide access to the Service or any specific features.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
